Expect: a standard greeting (no name). She'll qualify you and try to book a free consultation.

You inquired before but never booked. Long Home has your name and number on file — no appointment yet.

Expect: she greets you by name ("Am I speaking with…?") and confirms your info instead of re-asking for it.

Lead with an appointment

You're on the books — a consultation is already scheduled for 2 PM the next business day.

Expect: she knows about your appointment. Try asking to reschedule or cancel it.

Existing customer

You already bought from Long Home. You're calling after hours about your project or a service question.

Expect: she greets you by name, treats you as a customer, and takes a message for the team.

This first clears any test records for your number — including bookings Katy made on earlier test calls — then creates the records for your chosen scenario. Switch scenarios as often as you like. Only test data is ever touched, never real Long Home records.
